Timberland Construction, Inc. is an experienced builder that strives to provide the best quality materials and craftsmanship in every project and have been building in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas since 1996.
We specialize in underground utility builds and commercial building projects which have included First New Mexico Bank; Hudson Branch; Wind Canyon Fire Station, Ben Archer Health Clinic & Pharmacy; Ben Archer School Based Clinic-Mayfield and Ben Archer Del Rey Clinic, and City of Anthony Waterline just to name a few.
Other commercial projects we are currently working on include remodeling of multiple medical and dental facilities, City of Las Cruces Sewer Improvements and the recent completion of the Grant County Sheriff’s Evidence Vault and Dona Ana County Fire Marshall Training Center remodel.
Additionally, we have built a variety of custom homes that have been exclusively designed for our clients. We have built more homes in the exclusive Dos Griegos Phase II Subdivision than any single builder. We have built in areas such as White Signal, Lake Roberts, Mimbres, Pine Ridge, Los Pinos, Indian Hills and even off the grid such as in LS Mesa; where we incorporated a solar power system in the homes’ construction. We use standard green building techniques such as passive solar design, superior framing and insulation systems, Low E windows and energy efficient designs tailored to your lot and environment.
